How can I change my shipping address?
Send us an email at dells.temple@gmail.com with your first and last name, order number, and the correct shipping address.
How long will it take for my products to get to me?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your product to be shipped. Once you receive a confirmation email that your products have shipped you can use the tracking information to see where your order is and the expected delivery date.

How do I place a custom order?
Send us an email with what you would like to have customized (body butter, scrub, oil, etc.), if you would like customized packaging, (extra decorations or labels for an event), and how many products you would like.
Why is my body butter melted?
Our products are 100% natural and do not have any added stabilizers to keep the butter in a solid form in extreme heat. Don't worry, after a couple of hours at room temperature or in the fridge your body butter will be as good as new!*
*Please note, if your body butter has melted and resolidified it may look like you have less product in the jar. This is because the air that was incorporated into the butter during the whipping process is no longer present. For the best results, lightly whip the butter with a mixer before it fully solidifies. But don't worry, the application is still buttery smooth without being re-whipped.
